The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern all use of the ThePersonalPoster.com website (the “Site”, or "us") and the services (the “Service”) and products (the “Products”) available on or at the Site, to you, (the "Customer"). The Site and Services are owned and operated by of Things AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden. The Personal Poster customise and print text posters (“Products”) for customers ("customers", "you", or "your"). The Service and Products are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by The Personal Poster. When using the Site and Service, including the purchasing of the Products, the Customer agrees to be obliged by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you will not have the right to use the Website and Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order at the Site. Should a minor place an order with the The Personal Poster, we presume that the minor possesses the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the Product(s). If not, the minor's custodians may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.
The Personal Poster reserves the right to modify this Agreement, prices, fees, shipping times, charges, taxes or terms at any time without the Customer’s or visitor's notice. The Customer of the Website and Services shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Services by the Customer following such notification constitutes the Customer acceptance of the terms and conditions of changes as modified.
Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend or terminate our Service, prohibit access to our Site, delay or remove hosted Content, and take technical and legal steps to keep Users off the Site if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
If the Customer is located outside of the territory of the European Union it is responsible for paying sales tax (as applicable within each jurisdiction). The Personal Poster will never be held responsible for any such sale tax. If the Customer is located within the European Union sales tax is included within that price of the Product.
Customers outside of the European Union may be subjected to pay custom duties (as applicable within each jurisdiction). The Personal Poster will not be held responsible for any such duties.
The prices are stated on the Site include standard shipping fees. The Personal Poster do not offer express shipping.
Swedish VAT is included in the Product price. The Customer is responsible for any additional costs, applicable tax or custom duties, which may apply in the Customers jurisdiction due to the use of the Service and Product(s).
Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the Website. Payment will be carried out by Klarna, Paypal or Stripe. Please note we are unable to accept gift cards, cash or checks as payment in the Site.
Once an order has been confirmed and paid by the Customer on the Site, the Customer can change the order within 6 hours. After 6 hours, any changes to your order are not possible.
If a Product is missing, damaged or subject to a print error, The Personal Poster will replace the erroneous Product with a new Product.
To issue a refund process based on the aforementioned reasons, please send an email to email@example.com. Refund requests will be processed using best endevours. The Personal Poster is not responsible for situations where the Customer has provided incorrect information, such as wrong Customer name or address. In such cases, an extra payment may be applied.
Due to the customisation nature of the Product, where each Product is manufactured according to the Customer's specification, meaning we cannot repackage and resell a returned product, there is no right to return Products and get a refund after order).
The Customer will indemnify and hold The Personal Poster (and its owner, officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Customer’s breach of this Agreement, or the Customer’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
If a dispute arises between the Customer and The Personal Poster, we strongly encourage the Customer to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. The Personal Poster will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to the courts.
Contracts for the purchase of Products through the Site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) must be resolved by a court located in Sweden.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with Agreement or its formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, franchiser-franchisee relationship, etc. is intended or created by this Agreement.
The Customer acknowledges that it has all necessary permits to grant The Personal Poster its personal data to fulfil this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In The Personal Posters sole discretion, it may assign this Agreement upon notice to the Customer. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section. The Personal Posters failure to act with respect to a breach by the Customer or others does not waive The Personal Posters right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
